  1. Perishable Goods Policy
    Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any meat products once they leave our store or are delivered to you. All sales are considered final.
  2. Quality Guarantee
    We stand by the quality of our products. If you believe that the meat you received does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
    Please retain the packaging and take clear photographs of the product in question for quality assurance purposes.
  3. Refunds and Replacements
    If an item is defective or spoiled upon delivery due to an error on our end, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.
    Refunds or replacements are only available for items purchased directly from [Your Meat Shop Name] and reported within 24 hours of receipt.
    Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
